The port for Rhodes is right at the beginning of town. You can walk off the boat and up through the stone gates to the first of the shopping area. Rhodes is safe and easy to walk around. I haven't written a blog post on Rhodes yet, but I will soon, with photos.

Hello! I originally created this blog as a means of journalling my multi-month trip through Asia, Australia, New Zealand and other places. I mainly did this for friends and family, but it has turned into more than that with many emails from around the world. I tend to be upfront, but not unkind about the places I travel to. I do this because it is quite common for the travel industry to mislead people into believing a city or country is far different than the reality.
